Miley Cyrus has gotten inked yet again.

The 19-year-old star stepped out in West Hollywood Tuesday to reveal her latest tattoo, a quote from a 1910 speech from President Theodore Roosevelt on her left forearm.

“So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat,” the tattoo reads, according to Us Weekly.

Cyrus, who is engaged to Liam Hemsworth, has 14 other tattoos and previously stated that she wouldn’t get inked unless the tattoo had a special significance.

“It really doesn’t hurt if you’re thinking about the meaning,” she told Harper’s Bazaar back in 2010.

“I could never get a meaningless tattoo, but I think that if you’re doing something that’s important, that’s significant in your life, it takes some of the pain away,” she added.

Among the several tattoos on her body, the singer has “Just Breathe” on her ribcage, “Love” on her inner ear, a heart on her right hand, a large dream catcher design on her ribcage, a cross on her wedding finger and “Love Never Dies” on her left arm.

I like Miley's new haircolor, it's a nice shade for summertime. And I love her new tattoo, the meaning behind it is especially lovely because it's saying that the critics don't matter. I found the whole quote by Teddy incase anyone else was interested in reading the whole meaning behind the tattoo.

It's by Jaccquie Aiche and it's called "Double Bone Diamond Horn Necklace". It's pretty but I wouldn't pay almost $ 4,000.00 for it.
