Milla Jovovich

The film looks great, got a good summer of swashbucklers coming up, Milla looks beautiful, her costumes are gorgeous and I have to say Mr Bloom looks like he's in his element

My thoughts exactly -- and I normally don't even care for him!

I think it's kind of refreshing to see a film adaptation of a literary classic that doesn't even want to pretend to be anything but good, clean action fun. Judging from the teaser alone it looks like they've cut more than a couple of corners in both historical and realistic terms, but then making an "accurate" adaptation is imo much easier than allowing yourself to really let go and do what you like. Let those who do drama, do drama; Hollywood has never lacked filmmakers interested in serious historical productions anyway, as evidenced by the many other more "serious-minded" film and TV productions based on Dumas' work alone. But then I'm a bit of a sucker for this kind of stuff.

Looks great, too. I really love period dresses, and find costume design in "historical" films in general particularly interesting. Should be a visual treat in every way.

i'm sad that her style isn't really doing it for me any more :(

i want to like that dress for virtue of it being different but it looks like something a teenage girl would buy at betsey johnson :ermm:

Love her gala outfit.

Everyone should watch the trailer for the new Muskateer movie she's starring in!

I actually think her Gorbachev Gala look ranks as one of her cutest in a long while. I don't think the photos do the dress justice.

That's unfortunate about the nip slip, though. Accidents happen, but it's kind of outrageous that it clearly took a while for anyone to actually point it out to her.
