The Pirelli calendar itself is actually something that is (or perhaps was) considered very exclusive and distinguished. So I can see how she would have taken the opportunity for the prestige and respect that the name alone brings. Unfortunately, it is Richardson's shooting that is a bit subpar. Take the same models, the same location, and a different photographer - and you could have a totally different result. Also, these pictures for Pirelli were shot back in March. The high fashion things that have recently come out were primarily been shot during the summer - well after the calendar photographs were taken.

Could some one please clear this up for me , they're saying that Miranda wore this dress to the VS show after party in 2008 , is that true ?? I don't think so , but I need a second opinion

The Pirelli calendar is a PRESTIGE and only a select few group of models get to do this. Its considered an honour in the modelling world to be in this calendar as it is VERY VERY exclusive. Gemma Ward , Sasha Pivovarova , Julia Stegner , Adriana Lima , Eugenia Volodina , Caroline Trentini have all been on this calendar .. including several other VERY important high fashion models..
