I'm always surprised when I see old ads like this Clinique one. None of her agencies find it necessary to list all the things she's done in her profiles, for whatever reason.

As for the Jil Sander ad, I really love the simplicity of it and the posture is fantastic. The only thing I can't really warm up to is her expression. But to be fair, I would have never ever thought she would fit the aesthetics of this brand so well.

That is sooooo weird...last night I was flipping through a Teen Vogue from 2007 and found that same Happy add. I was like, isn't that Miranda?!!? And it was!!! She looks so cute.

It's Clinique. Of course it's cheesy. And the fragrance is called 'Happy'. The ad with Rosie is worse.

I meant some of their ads are cheesy.^^ Like for the Happy fragrance (just look at the ad with Rosie & Brent). As a brand their products are quite good.

oh my god haha is that male model Jay Lyon?!?!?! I know this is purely her professional thread but the two are kind of combined here seeing as she used to date him. He was on the City and was once Whitney Port's (loser) boyfriend. I didn't know he modelled?!?

Looking at these old campaigns is great to see how far she's come from her clinique/portmans days

I think one of the things I really like about her is how she can do sexy and adorable so successfully. Some people can only pull off one or the other without looking like they're trying too hard. I like range in all things
