Miranda Kerr

That interview was an interesting read. It was the first time I've read an interview with her where the journalist wasn't completely fawning over her. She must have been tired, I can't blame her.

That interview was a refreshing change from the usual. Granted it was still pretty much about how perfect she is, but it was done in a much less a$$ kissy way. Love the pics too. Her legs

The Harper's interview was dry and awkward. I got the feeling the interviewer was in some way mocking Miranda. Interviewing someone at the end of a long day, when they just want to be with their family and not answering the same boring questions, is never a good idea.

^I completely agree

There was something about the interview I didn't like. What was the point of bringing up the air conditioner part? Seriously who cares if Miranda dosen't want the air conditioner on? Did they need to fill up the words?

Pretty obvious that the interviewer wasn't the biggest Miranda Fan

^ Why should she be a fan of Miranda's when Miranda so obviously was not into the interview. The interview was lacking substance because Miranda didn't say anything particularly interesting. She didn't even have the energy to go off into one of her monologues about the benefits of eating organic. The journalist was essentially working with nothing. I praise her for even being able to write a two page article that basically consists of Miranda cooing at her baby. I'd have walked out and left her on the damn couch and scheduled an interview with like, Catherine McNeil or Abbey Lee.

Because they've done something remarkably interesting in their personal lives?

^ Would you actually know if they have or haven't done something "interesting" in their personal lives? Consider how famous Miranda is compared to Catherine and Abby.

I like that the interview painted Miranda as something other than "Superwoman" for once. It makes her seem more human, in my opinion. And I had no problem with the air-conditioning anecdote, I wouldn't want it on if I had my baby in the same room. I think I found the part about Miranda only being shot with flash photography to be my real 'what?' moment. But I think the journalist did what they could and I commend them. From what it looks like, they talked about very little.

Also, I think marrying Orlando and having a baby is great and all for Miranda, but there's only so much you can write about -- from a journalists' perspective that isn't just a rehash of what everyone else has said. Yes, she's "Mrs. Bloom" but that's not all she is. I hope that after Paris Fashion Week we'll get fresh stories that don't just involve Flynn's fixation with his mother's 'boobie'.

i think the lacking article was both of their problems tbh.
if she wants to be a brand rather than just a model then she needs to be able to act like her brand at all times, or if she is bored she needs to branch out into new topics, give them something to work with. and if an interview is scheduled, then the END of the interview is the end of her working day, not before it.

but on the other hand, a truly great journo/writer should be able to work with the situation, especially considering miranda wasn't overtly rude etc, she was just bored of the questions.

it was just a boring interview. id prefer to read that a model was a complete terror but that was just pointless. they should have just done a bigger ed, no interview

Miranda Kerr poses nude for her cover shoot for BAZAAR's November issue

It's Miranda Kerr like you've never seen her. Mrs Bloom is one hot mama in this season's hottest clashed colours and prints. Plus: see exclusive behind-the-scenes images from the cover shoot. Photographed by Simon Lekias. Styled by Jillian Davison.

No offense to Harpers Bazaar but the whole "It's Miranda Kerr like you've never seen her" line is bs. She's been shot nude plenty of times and while this ed is lovely there's nothing shocking or amazingly new about it. The only thing really new is calling her Mrs. Bloom.

Why is everyone so hard on HB?

They're a magazine, they want people to be interested in the article. would you rather they write "Miranda as you've seen her plenty of times before":lol:

her little boy is so adorable, so big! and he has the best eyelashes; why is it always the boys who are born with the amazing curled lashes and not the girls? is she wearing full makeup in the airport pictures? her face looks really flawless.

I was quite shocked that she's not "in Bloom" for once.

Those last VS pics don't work, they look so forced. And the photoshop is just too much. Her boobs look like they'll explode any second. I don't get why VS has to mess up every single shot like that. The HB editorial is such a beautiful example of what their pics could look like but they just don't get it.
