No, Miranda calls the paps. Miranda's publicist doesn't live with Miranda and doesn't know when she heads out. Miranda is routinely papped when she walks out of her apartment....she obviously alerts the paparazzi even if not directly but through her publicist.

It's a common practice among many famehos. I lived near a "celebrity" and find it so odd how the paps magically piled outside of her door 5 minutes before she walked outside. *cough*Alessandra Ambrosio*cough*

True, its definetly not her publicist. She is obviously letting people in on where shes going. Because everyone knows there IS NO WAY this girl gets photographed everyday without giving someone the inside scoop.

Of course like I said, I'm not complaining, just pointing it out. Girl has incredible streetstyle!!

Does anyone know if she has a stylist, or does she style herself?

If that shoot with Miranda in the tacky outfit is for Vogue Italia, then my guess it's for a cover story and possibly a cover. The horrible styling looks -very- Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele, and she normally only works with Steven Meisel for Vogue Italia.
