Miranda Kerr

The collection itself was like the best thing Ive seen out of American fashion, and Miranda only made it better!

^ SQUIZREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! :woot::woot: So glad to see you here hun!! :flower::flower::heart:

Love all the pictures you posted!! Escepecally the R&R adds, shes sooo beautiful there!!!
Thank you hun! :flower:

^_^ Glad to be here. Ive totally forgotten how special Miranda is until you told me. I cant believe I hadnt subscribed to this thread earlier.

^ Glad to have you here :flower:

After seeing those R&R runway photos, I really wish she did more runway!:( she has such a striking presence. What I would do to see her in Milian or Paris:woot:

i love Miranda to death..i think she's gorgeous both inside and out

but after being a follower of hers on this thread for quite sometime.....i dunno....as much as i hate to say it.....i dont' think she would suit high fashion...maybe some shows yes...but not all

but she does look spectaular in the R&R runway shots

^I agree, her look is not very high fashion... her face is very... commerical pretty. but I still think she has a presence on runway:flower:
But it would still be lovely to see her in shows, just because its miranda.

i know exactly what you are saying...lol...i still woudln't complain if she was doing all the Paris and Milan shows...i woudl be jumping for joy actually :bounce: and i'm guessing the thought in my previous post would be out the window....

Miranda does have a face for high fashion but probably only for very specific labels that have an aesthetic that suit her look.

She could easily rock shows like Chanel, Valentino, Gucci, Versace, OdLR, Michael Kors and Chloe.
But if you put her somewhere like Givenchy, Balenciaga, Rodarte, Lanvin or Prada she'd look completely out of place. So even though she has more than enough potential to do high fashion, what she'd get out of it in the end is worth too much hassle when she can just do a VS catalogue and earn just as much.

would love to also see her at Blumarine and Stella McCartney..they would really suite her

^I agree with you both! :flower: I think miranda would be suitable for some designer, I can definately imagine her in Stella Mcartney, because the collection is so fresh and of course miranda has the fresh face.
Also, I think I would faint if I saw her in a Vercase dress walking the Vercase runway :buzz::buzz:

I think she could CHANGE her looks to suit more high fashion maybe if she wasnt so tanned and changed her hair colour but shes obviously very happy what shes doing right now and its not like she has to go into high fashion to earn money or anything

^Yeah exactly, her going into High Fashion would seem like a strange step to take. She already has a blossoming career with what she's currently doing, and her move to New York is only gonna help that.

You would be completely suprised:p

(miranda kerr fan.)

And I agree, I dont think she will take in account high fashion anytime soon, escpecally since the payment and public exposure/ press VS angels get. but it would be soooo nice to see! like at least an aussie vouge cover or something!

Thats a really cool photo Kito ^_^ She does look really edgy, but I think there are other models who would suit that kinda stuff more. Why would you wanna hide her cute face in shows like that? Its just wrong.

^i prefer fresh-faced miranda too :P

but that picture shows that she is versatile and would do well in high fashion, but i love what she is doing now, and it would be a big dissapointment if she tried and 'failed'

Yeah, I would love Miranda to do some HF stuff. She's well able for it! I can totally see her doing Gucci, Versace & Chloe! But, I agree, she might not want to do any of that stuff. She seems happy with VS. It gives her loads of exposure and pays well. Either way I'd love to see her back on the runway. DJ's and VS aren't good enough! NY, Milan, Paris stuff isn't till September, but isn't Aussie fashion week coming up? Maybe she'll do some stuff over there...

Hehe, on another note, I'd love Miranda to get a beauty campaign. Maybelline don't know what their missing . Also, more eds. She good in print. She doesn't really suit Vogue, she's more of an Elle girl. Speaking, of Elle, hasn't she got a Spanish Elle cover in the works? As well, as Harpers?

yeah thats what tanii means because she is no longer a spokesperson for Maybelline.. If she were to do another campaign I'd like to see a better brand for her then maybelline
