Miranda took a break from enjoying the sights of Paris with Orlando thanks to the one man: Nikola Koke, casting director extraordinaire for Balenciaga and Portmans (which Miranda was the face of) of late.

so the reason she was casted was because the cast director is a fan or an old friend of hers? she probably won't get the campaing then, unless this guy is also the casting director of it. when Adri was on givenchy she was requested by Tisci himself, not a cast director...
