Miranda Kerr

Reah here, bb. Long article but it's in there.

It seems like she is interested in doing it again!
I guess we have to wait and see, I really hope we see her there. Maybe she has another surprise up her sleeves? :woot:

Thank you Mahalia for the DJ catalog pics! And thank you Ania for the candids!
Miranda is amazing. :crush:

Liking her last outfit. Some of the David Jones catalog photos are good but would have been 10x better without the fugly white column she's standing on. I don't know why they did that. I just think it looks horrid.

I don't like it either, but I think it's nessecary. I mean they had her standing in the middle of snow fields, on jagged mountain rocks, on water... I imagine it would have been a LOT easier with the platform. Perhaps not amazing, but feel it's practical.

Miranda Kerr cleaned out Victoria's Secret Monday afternoon, dropping $2,500 on the some bras, panties and other visual stimulants she usually gets paid to put on.

Orlando Bloom's hotter half hit up the lingerie store's Grove location on Monday where she bought seven $58 dollar bras and a ton of other items for her and her most intimate friends.

Despite appearing half naked in posters all around the store, we hear she wasn't comped a single panty and paid out of her own pocket -- discount free.

It's GQ. I think it's done tastefully. It's not like she is looking directly at the camera with a hardcore face on and showing her privates. I actually think it's quite sensual then sexy.

this is no different to glamour modelling.. a womans semi or total nudity is always for one reason only. When it comes down to it men dont look at the details and even if they do.. its still all about sex. So even though i like those pictures i find them no different to any other girl getting half naked in a magazine. Its unfair that other women are skanky and models like this are seen as classy in these sorts of photo shoots..

Just because men don't notice the 'details' doen't mean they don't exist. What kito was trying to say is that the shoot Miranda did is aesthetically different to another shoot for Playboy, or Ralph, or Maxim, or whatever. Yes, there is a difference between them. You can't say that just because there is nudity, all nude (or semi-nude) shoots are the same. I, for one, do not put Heidi Montag's Playboy shoot on par with Lara Stone for Paris Vogue. Some shoots are poorly done and are in bad taste - this makes them "skanky". Other shoot are done with taste, and are executed with the utmost professionalism. That's the difference.

I think Miranda's semi-nudes are equal in class caliber to any playboy model. Same type of images. And ewwww..... she posed with her tatas out for slimy Terry. YUCK!

Wow. Is nudity all the same to you?

And about Terry, lol, what model hasn't posed for him?

I'm actually kind of surprised at how a semi-nudity shoot in GQ of a VS model is viewed by some people here in a fashion forum when there is so much more things in this industry that are way riskier.
Why is it because you guys don't expect Miranda to be doing this? How is this different from Adriana posing for GQ a while ago. Don't those images 'appeal' to men and sell sex? Though no one is saying she equals to any play boy model, 'same type of images'- I find it quite amusing how you can even compare! Is it because she is semi-nude? Having a model in a risky shoot is nothing new. She poses in VR styled lovely by Olivier Rizzo  and no one says anything or acknowledges, but have her in a risky GQ shoot, all of a sudden she is no different then a play boy model. Please, explain?!

That couldn't be more further from the truth.

I think I should have separated my comments... or written it differently. I am not put off by her doing semi nudes or nudes period.... ha ha... just ewwww.... for Terry. he is SO gross.

And I think that PlayBoy does tasteful nudes. They see the body as a really sexy (and sometimes inflatable) art form..... um okay.... slightly less class in caliber...

Was not Miranda bashing. I just kind of think she's so adorable that she does not need to expose what her momma gave her. :)

If you had specified and said that Miranda's GQ shoot was on par with French Playboy, I might have agreed!

Whenever I see Miranda posing (naked) for GQ, or Pirelli, or Rolling Stones, I just think 'Get that money, girl!'

She was shot for Terry on one occasions. She was chosen as one of the few models to be included in Pirelli. That's a huge achievement. She isn't going to turn that down because of some feelings toward the photographer. (BTW, I dislike Terry too.)

Well, then according to you, almost every model in this planet equal to playboy models.

Miranda IS a model. As long as she is in this business, you will be seeing 'what her mother gave her'
But, I guess it's just nudity you have a thing against.
