I agree with both of you Zoom and Maude. I find these latest VS shots tacky and not only for what regards Miranda, basically all these pics I saw for the latest catalogues are not classy at all, tacky and boring poses.

she don't need VS anymore... i hope her contract will end soon... but i think i would miss her in the VS fashion show
I understand what most of you are saying but as boring/repetitive/tacky VS catalog work is; it's apart of her contract with VS (and this contract is what completes her "super-star model" status - as said by MDC).
You can go back a few pages of this thread and find a new Miranda VS commercial, and click on literally the next page and find Miranda in a Prada FW10 advertising video by Steven Meisel. What other model can claim the same (beside Gisele)?
There was a time in Miranda's career where all we ever saw from her was her VS work. And, I remember complaining, saying she could do so much more, she should ditch VS, etc... but the balance in her career is what makes her so unique as a model.

^Well said! Plus, some of you guys are being too harsh saying that she's doing the same boring poses, etc. and don't take into consideration that IT'S A CATALOG what she's working for; you can't expect much variety in poses when your main focus is to sell clothes. I think she's doing great because she's liked by the mainstream and high fashion people; it's a great balance. We should stop being so selfish and thinking about what we like only, without taking into consideration that it's her job what you're talking about and she's just like all of us, so when opportunities are there, grab them...

Actually what I wrote was not just about Miranda but a general observation about VS pics.
It's all a matter of taste of course.

If it's bringing her fame and $$ I'm fine with it.I'd rather her have the 'VS model' label than the 'Orlando Bloom girlfriend' label.

That would be a dream of mine too. I would rather have some deserving model like Edita whose fans genuinely want her to cross over into supermodel status, become a VS angel instead of Miranda. Miranda can stick to hf and become more popular in Germany but Edita would be so awesome as an angel and be popular throughout the world, don't you agree.
