The Treasure Yourself quotes are so ridiculous. All she ever says was how unsure she always was and that she broke out of her shell and became a beautiful butterfly. It is too try hard and does not seem genuine in my opinion.

^I think the descriptions are too basic. All she says is how amazing all her jobs were and she how was unsure of herself, and how she loves her family; it's just so generic. I wish she had gone into more detail, it would have made it a lot more interesting. A good example would be Cameron Russell's descriptions of her photos when she did a presentation about modeling recently.

If I'm not mistaken, Treasure Yourself is targeted towards preteen middle school girls. That's probably why it is written in a basic "7th grader journalistic" style as opposed to Cameron Russell's speech which was geared towards college students.
