Yahoo included the price for the blender (nearly 500$) into the calculation and I think you can buy most of the other ingredients for a much lower price than listed.

It sure isn't the cheapest breakfast ever, but the yahoo calculation is absurd.

Have to agree with MsMornings. I make smoothies with a lot of the ingredients that she has described, and it can be a little dearer than the processed stuff you get at a supermarket, but it's in no way that expensive. I would say that the price most definitely includes the blender. I've been looking at purchasing a Vitamix and some of the newer models are upwards of $800.

Oh, well I stand corrected! With the blender in the total cost, the smoothie seems a little more realistic now.

Yeah, it was stupid of them to include the blender in the price. The ingredients weren't that unreal. She seems very awkward on video. I like her a lot more at the moment than I used to.
