I don't think the dress looks cheap...I just hate the cut.
The way it hangs isn't flattering, it's like it's risen down and the gold section is supposed to hang round her neck, but it's all off.

I like the looks she wore to dior. It's nice that one day she shows up in a sexy look, the other day she goes for a quirky one, then a cutesy one, and this one is like the 'first daughter' sophisticated one

What does Mischa Barton do exactly ??? Like is she just a model now or what cause to be honest other than being pretty what else does she have to offer the world at this moment in time ? Nicole Richie is allowed because she's a trendsetter and actually had a reality tv series based on her 'lifestyle'. Mischa Barton has what exactly ? the occasional poor acting job ? she makes a good clotheshorse i'll give her that but if thats the case she just needs to do modelling full time or something, instead of just wandering around the same hotspots day after day.
