I always find that Mischa does pull off the whole 'layered bangles/bracelets' etc look, but more so when she was in her prime and really rocking the cute dresses, little tops with jeans and her Chanel bags, etc. It was more of a mix of layered jewellery and a more polished look.

And when both her clothes and jewellery are messy (err circa 2008) the whole outfit just falls apart :S
