I do think there's an element of truth to that heat cover, however it's also pretty obvious that they've been doctored slightly to exaggerate the difference, like by making the shadows on her cheekbones more pronounced.

jeez they exaggerated on that cover!!!! i saw the left pic when it was released and yes she didn't look healthy **edited**, but they made the shadows even more prominent
