From what I've seen, Fearne and .. is kind of a mini-doc about a celebrity's day to day life.
I think is kind of fake that she moved from her boyfriend's house to a hotel to film. If you're going to tell the world how your day to day is, don't change it on purpose.

a friend of mine is tattoo artist and she filmed a "reality show". they had a script even for a "reality show", where she had to argue with her boyfriend etc.
the world in front of a camera is never like the world behind. it always has a script!
