yeah I can only agree with you shopping101, I'm really not keen on that outfit and I can't stand the boots. I really like her in candids but this outfits looks terrible..

Mischa Barton was seen smoking on set of The O.C while filming Episode 19. here are the pictures for proof...

What a shame to see her like this, I mean, she is an icon to many young girls. In the U.S she isn't even legal....I know many people might object to this but it's just my opinion.

I'm not so bothered by celebs who smoke. I don't smoke but it's their body and it's not like if they're famous they should be healthy all the time. That's my opinion!
