Mischa is in my city Toronto. She was shopping in the luxe area of Yorkville. I read it in the Toronto Star this morning:

Mischa Barton was killed off on The O.C. on Thursday, but she is alive and well and shopping right here in Toronto.
Barton is being chastised by fans and bloggers on the Internet for blabbing on the infotainment show Access Hollywood that her character on The O.C., Marissa Cooper, would die in Thursday's season finale. The segment aired just a few hours before the show's final episode, thereby negating the precautions taken to keep the ending under wraps — even shooting multiple endings, with different cast members taking the bullet.
Barton, 20, had gone on record saying she wanted to leave the series to pursue her acting career and she's pursued it to Toronto, where she is filming Closing the Ring, a World War II drama directed by Richard Attenborough and starring Shirley MacLaine, Christopher Plummer, Neve Campbell and Brenda Fricker. Barton will play the young MacLaine character.
Yesterday afternoon, Barton shopped at the upscale TNT clothing boutique and IDA drugstore in Hazleton Lanes with her pooch in tow, then dropped by Whole Foods with her mom, where they seemed to be having a tense mother-and-daughter moment.
While braving the winds on Cumberland St., Barton appeared to be using her doggie as a windshield.
Or perhaps it was against any disgruntled fans of The O.C.
