and i think i am right about the weather...
her hair is messy even on non red carpet pics, and that is so not like her at this events...

she looks great, but i perfer her with a darker hair, more natural,cos she is still very young.

and..is it just me, or she seems to wear this shapes of dresses very often on red carpet events?

I had absolutely no idea how much attention my clothes and I would get when I first started in The OC; it was phenomenal. Knowing I could be photographed by the paparazzi at any time while I’m hanging out in New York doesn’t actually make me dress differently or wear more make-up, although I do take routes where I’m less likely to be photographed.
