I can't click on the Teen Vogue scans either, but it looks like she's wearing that top with the pinky-purpley ruffled sleeves in the editorial - so she might have been given it by Teen Vogue (ignore this if the top in the editorial is actually something different, but it looks similar in the thumbnail).

I'm positive it's the same top. They probably gave it to her.
