yeah in some pictures her face is just stunning, in others it looks kinda gaunt and pinched

but she is still so so so beautiful. just hope she's being healthy. still, very good to see her back in the public eye and looking really beautiful and much cuter outfits than some of her past ones..

^ I know you can't see Mischa's face in those pictures, but IMO Lindsay actually looks better than Mischa does in these pictures and that's saying something because I really think Lindsay's lifestyle took a huge toll on her looks.

It's a weird thing. They're both lovely, obviously, but somehow I actually think Lindsay seems " better worn" here than Mishca ( how ridiculous is it that such a statement can be made about twenty-something year old girls? Sad.)

I'm not partial to LiLo, but they're almost in a very similar place right now in their lives and careers. I know others might argue one is doing better than the other or something along those lines, but yeah.. I can imagine they would have a lot in common and could relate to one another pretty well.

^ Well said. I agree with that completely. I think people are a little bit more " over" with Lindsay than they are with Mischa though.

Only difference is Lindsay could act at times, but IMO Mischa has never been that great!

Mischa has better style though, so she could make it on the style circuit.

I could see them both doing some kind of MTV thing soon though, you know, to keep a hold.

It hard to tell with Mischa...but Lindsey would be a fool to do 'some kind of MTV thing'. Even her harshest critics would consent to her talent. You just have to see a few of her films... the girl can act, there is no doubt about it since she was a little girl playing twins in that movie...

Anyway, I am not the biggest Lindsey fan but I give credit where credit is due... she is having a hard time now but all she needs is one good role... because the talent is definately there. She should have done that movie with Keira Knightly though...

Acting wise, I think Mischa is no better or worse than most actresses on a typical teen soap, ie. Gossip Girl (which i admittedly love!) I did notice this though.. she has a strange voice.. pronounces certain words in a way that makes them sound odd. It may sound weird but I've always thought her voice detracted from her acting.

Lilo.. never been overly impressed with her acting although I did enjoy Mean Girls.. but then I know who killed me is a completely different story. Either way, I never saw Oscars in either of their futures.

It's like an IT girl reunion from 05-06?

^Lindsey has potential to at least be nominated for an oscar with the right material and cast. She was great in Mean girls and also freaky friday... if she did not become this stupid Paris Hiltonesque 'It' girl... her career could have gone the way of Scarlett Johanson or Rachel McAdams... she ruined it but she might be able to get some respect and land some decent roles to built on if she stays out of the spotlight a bit...

Mischa is not even a decent actress... the MTV girls would run circles around her if you ask me but I still love her for her fashion choices (in past huh:

I don't think Lindsay was ever good enough to stand up against many of the TALENTED actresses of today ( Winslet and, to an extent, Johansson.)
I'm not saying she sucked, but she wasn't amazing and her attitude on set is really what has got her ostracized from the business for the moment.

I guess it's hard to guess about Mischa's career because... well... she's not really doing anything at the moment.
If she got deep into the fashion crowd and kept dating skinny indie band boys, I could see her doing some sort of MTV thing and trying to fashion herself as a Peaches G.

I hope not though!! I really dunno what else she could do though Go back to a TV show, Misch!

I WISH she had taken the role of Georgina. I would've seen her with Leighton Meester and basically on my replacement for the OC Ah well. Maybe her new movie will actually be released in theatres? Bhopal? I'm crossing my fingers. It's strange how her acting is seen as horrible though, when she had a lot of critical acclaim when she was younger (pre OC.. if I'm correct)

And as for Lindsay.. the role of Cady in Mean Girls.. well let's just say I think I could have played it convincingly.. it wasn't exactly a difficult role.

BUT.. thats off topic now!

What is ' Georgina' though? Was this a TV show Mischa was offered?

I wonder what Mischa is hoping to do with her life soon. Do you guys think this whole loosing weight, dressing more fashionable and making her way into the fashion\music crowd could be her trying to get into a career? Maybe in fashion or music ( not like as a musician, but a music TV personality)? Or do you think she's just trying to be a hip socialite?

Kate Winslet hasn't even gotten an Oscar yet, or Naomi Watts. Lindsay will get an Oscar in her dreams...maybe Girls like Lindsay, Mischa, Nicole Richie etc etc are the type of girls people only care what they look and dress like, not their talents per se. Most of these girls are just walking bodies for people to criticize, they're not taken seriously.

Georgina was a character on Gossip Girl, she had a three episode arc I believe. Josh Schwartz offered the role to mischa, who turned it down because she thought it was too similar to the OC and wanted to distance herself from the teen soap genre. It ended up being played (poorly might I add) by Michelle Trachenberg.

And I think her being out and about and the figure is almost like "I LOOK LIKE I DID WHEN I WAS ON THE OC AGAIN! HIRE ME!" but that's just my thinking. Her fame comes from the OC so she's reverting back to that look I think in an effort to get attention and jobs. Lord knows I love her, but she just wants to stay relevant I think.

Far less talented people have been nominated... all Im saying is that Lindsey has some acting talent that may need to be developed but she is not in the same category as Mischa or Nicole Richie...

As for Mischa, she seems to be confused at this moment. Though I agree with the comment about her becoming some hip socialite.
