i really truly do not understand. does she not own a full length mirror?
it's really truly such a waste. she has such potential and such beauty and she wastes it with unflattering clothing and an unhealthy lifestyle (though I'm just assuming on that last one based on how she's been looking recently)

To be totally honest I really don't think she looked good in those days (during last year's Paris Fashion Week). While she did look better than she does now (for obvious reasons that I'm not going to go into), I actually was really disturbed when I first saw those pictures. Something was NOT right with her in those photos. When I say I want the 'old' Mischa back, I mean that I want her the way she was during the first few years of the OC, when she was fresh faced and still had some life in her eyes.
Is it just me or did she look distinctly unhealthy at Paris Fashion Week? Not to mention her hair looked like a weave made our of rat's nests.

Agreed! I loved Mischa's style and beauty back in 2002-2005 she was stunningly beautiful, when she came on the OC I thought she looked like a total doll and her face was flawless.

But now her face has changed, her style, people change through the years.


She is still attractive though if she sorted her style out but she wouldnt look like the old Mischa back in the OC days, those days are gone, also she was a teenager back then so I guess you cant really compare her to now.

I agree with your first statement. She was completely glammed up and her style was so high end fashion what with all the Dior etc but she looked completely dead, it was frightening.

On the other hand though, I can't tell you just how many times I've visited this thread and people always say "She looked so beautiful back in her OC days". I know what everyone means but it gets so repetitive and annoying sometimes! What people forget is that she was like, 16 back then, not a woman. In fact the OC began airing 7 years ago! That's a long time both in terms of her physical characteristics changing and her style evolution...Anyway, my point is that she looks the way she looks because she's grown up and had issues and life in general to deal with. I personally think she looks better now because in my eyes (I could be wrong) it seems like she's grown into herself and is much much healthier. **Edited-No weight talk**

I get what you're saying about the repetition, but I do not think the way she is looking (or has been looking for the past 2 years or so) is healthy.

not to mention the fact that she picks literally the worst, most unflattering clothing for her body, and seems to have adopted this wannabe rock star, hippie, mishmash mess of style that I find to be quite horrendous (whether she looked like she did back in the day or now).

anyway, this is repetitive so I'm just going to stop coming to this thread so much and stop posting (or at least try to) until I see her in something that doesn't make me depressed.
