I agree. She's still dressing for the figure she had three years ago, and the look isn't flattering. She'd look so much better if she tweaked her choices.

After splashing out $15,000, Mischa Barton might be expected to look after her classic convertible Cadillac.

But the 24-year-old failed in the most basic part of driving a car - running out of petrol within minutes of leaving the dealership.

The actress, best known for her role as Marissa Cooper in the OC, filled up a petrol cannister, and soon had her car back in full working order.

Mischa's expensive new purchase may come as a surprise to her landlord. She is being sued for unpaid rent, after failing to keep up payments on her New York apartment.

Letting agency MRA Realties Inc claim the actress owes three months of unpaid rent on her apartment in the trendy TriBeCa area of New York.

However the show, about a group of models living and working in the Big Apple, was cancelled in late September after just two episodes were broadcast.
