Miss Sixty Jeans Alteration

I stupidly bought this pair of Miss Sixty jeans:

They're made super long so I'll need to cut them to make them shorter, but do you think they will be "tight" at the ankle or will it be just right? And if I ever decide to make them slightly flared at the bottom, what can I do?

I think if you cut them they are going to be tight. Maybe have a tailor do it for you.
