A Fashionable Web: British Vogue has given Miss Vogue — a brand that the title dubs its “younger sister” — its own destination online. Monday saw the launch of Miss Vogue as a destination within British Vogue’s Web site, at vogue.co.uk/miss-vogue. The site has been done in a Tumblr-esque tile design, with images front and center. The publication covers beauty, fashion and celebrity style, along with a section called What’s Up, that spotlights newsy items, and today features pieces such as moments from the Grammys and Instagram accounts to follow. The site’s content is updated daily, and is created by the vogue.co.uk team. Emily Sheffield, editor of Miss Vogue and deputy editor of British Vogue commented: “We’re delighted Miss Vogue is now online, bringing the best elements of Vogue to a teenage audience, tapping into their dreams of grownup glamour on a daily basis.”

The print version of Miss Vogue, produced by the Vogue team, continues to be published as a biannual supplement to British Vogue, accompanying the title’s April and October issues. Condé Nast noted that Miss Vogue has a similar editorial mix to British Vogue, but incorporates more “how-to and bulletin style information, featuring a broad range of prices and labels,” the publisher said, so the title can “talk directly to young women who are already passionate about Vogue.”
