look really good. I like the mood and tone of this campaign and Katie is really stunning.

I love the campaign. Seeing all the pictures, it really works. Love the mood, the photography, the setting, and Katie looks flawless.

A part of me wishes we at least got a glimpse of what the "models in the background" would look like. But I'm mostly glad that we saw none of that. You just KNOW people would be all like "OMG models look so amazin and Katie looks awful".

Maybe the models were shot for an ed for Vogue Italia...

Vogue Italia has those kind of eds with only one brand featured all the time.

^^^ I doubt it. First of all Mert&Marcus rarely shoot for Vogue Italia.

Secondly, one of the models [Myf Shepherd], said she shot with Kate Holmes; or at least shot with her on the same day.

Sad that someone at Prada decided against the models. Damn that person and his/her celebrity obsession!

The colours are fantasticB) and seeinf all the pics together I like it even more and think Katie did a good job here also maybe had they used the models it would have appeared distracting, depending on how they were intending to use them.

I think this campaign is actually quite amazing now I've seen all the images, but I do just wonder how they would have fit in all those extra girls, I think they cut them out because it would have felt too cramped with too many people in the images.

i really like it now that i see all of it together, it reminds me a lot of David Lynch's work....i also love that she's happy-mannequin-posing half the time and sasha fierce half the time, lol

well, fact is that these days the discussion is about models, models, models, models, models, models, then comes the photog, and THEN come the clothes and the atmosphere and feeling the pics are to portray.

model obessesion can be done in their respective threads.

i just find it ridiculous that there are more posts about wanting to see certain girls or post lamenting the lack of models than talking about how the final results turned out, the strong mythological look M&Ms shots give the collection and if and how the ads portray something somewhere one would want to into.

and trust me, i know what this forum is here for. i'm far from being a n00b.
