is it true that agencies dress new models sometimes
i was on the train one time..and I believe it was a new model
with an agent and they had just finished shopping the agent told
her that this look would be perfect and the model seemed really excited

yes. sometimes they do that. For the really young and new girls, who look to "young" and not really " fashion" in their clothes. But girls have to pay for that theirselfs sometimes the agencies have special contacts to stores and stylists so its cheaper^^
