i know their street style is heavily influenced by their agents (and i admit that i do love it), but i wish models these days would learn to not be afraid of color.

the reason they wear so much black is because they are travelling all the time. its easier to pack all black/neutral things so that you can travel light and you can just put anything together quickly to make an outfit. a lot of models have said this is why they wear so much black in interviews.

this should be an obvious answer but models wear black and other neutral colours because the clothes cant compete with their faces or their bodies.

its as simple as that.

indeed, because even most designers want models to wear the 'model uniform' all black and also no crazy hair(just natural) or accessories that could distract attention from their faces
