Well, Head of Scouting, head of new faces, the CFO and 2 key bookers left to start Society. All the new faces from last fashion week pretty much bombed. maybe new management isn't getting work for the girls.

Don't get surprised when Madison Hope Headrick jumps too...
Her runway career was short lived , didn't even walk last season . Doing more commercial work but few editorials now. She is close with Society people but don't know if her career has legs.
I think the big concern would be Liu Wen leaving as their moneymaker.
I don't understand what Marilyn is doing. They have lost Mackenzie, Lindsay w, Erin heatherton, eniko, Constance jablonski, daga, Josephine Skriver, irina but have not added anyone to women's board especially some of the names they could have had from Ford considering their head of scouting was from there. Their 11 new faces from last fw had no exclusives and only a few walked after New York fw much less see them in any editorials. How are they earning income?
I don't think they'll be able to touch Liu unless she switches to Elite Paris. But I doubt Marilyn will let her slip, it's more likely that Cat McNeil will leave Marilyn than Liu.
I agree that their new girls aren't very interesting. Ford seems to be recovering just fine. They've got some promising new faces for September debut.
They have Adriana and Naomi still. I think Naomi just switched there, but I am dying for Adriana to leave. And Cat just switched too, so I wouldn't be too sure about her leaving anytime soon.

Can some one in the know tell me how all these girls can just break their contracts with Marilyn with no repercussions? Wouldn't the Society/ former Marilyn people have had contracts themselves that they can't steal and decimate their former agency?
