^^Yeah, it was predictable Ana C would join PR at Ford. She left Ford to rejoin PR so when Caroline moved to Supreme, I couldn't see Ana C being happy about it. I really thought she was going to get more bounce from that Givenchy campaign.

Theres so many negative comments about Olga's switch, i really hope it doesn't turn out as bad as everyone is saying
. We'll just have to wait and see...it should be no surprise that toni left joy. but it also should be known that she only did that because of agency politics. it is a testimant to the great job that joy did on her that she was with them for so long.
the staff at joy is the same as it always has been. on the contrary, they have added 3 talented bookers to the team since the beginning. the only difference being that they fired there scouter, who was not doing a good job, and an assistant. so i think, fritomayo that it would be inaccurate to say that joy does not have the same team. are they fading? well yes the loss of toni is not a small loss, but it seems like every season they are still having a new girl come out and do well. they booked the prada exclusive for lisanne last fall, and booked ilvie for prada this spring. they have still quite a number of very interesting new faces in common with dna /viva: luisa bianchin, aysche, mimmi soderstrom and siri craaford. any of these girls could come out in the fall season.
it is not easy for any new agency to surface in the milano market. i would not count them out yet.

IMO Snejana really needs to shop herself around while she's still relevant! She needs to find a new team with a fresh strategy because her beauty is being wasted at Women. 
Also, I wonder how Chanel's move to Supreme will effect her bookings? I mean she won't have money problems (VS contract) but i really would hate it if she disappeared from print and runway! She's one of THE best walkers out now.

As far as i know it's Snenaja who's not that much into modelling anymore + somebody mentioned in a thread on tfs that her new (?) booker is one of the pickiest ones in the industry....
^or shes so spoiled by her russian billionare bf that she doesnt 'feel like' working anymore
well...it for sure does not help to stay focuse on modeling...

Considering it's the same team that handled her career at Ford, I really doubt we'll be seeing more of her. This was a move done out of her sense of loyalty.

Du needs to change too, her ads go not high fashion season by season, seems Liu is running ahead of her.

with Estee Lauder Liu is def ahead of Du at the moment. I really thought Du Juan would be the next asian SUPERmodel too..

I don't think it's really an issue for Du Juan - to tone down her international status is more of a personal choice...she does absolutely spectacular domestically in China, so it's a more comfortable/easier lifestyle for her. Not to mention everything she has already done - and the doors she has opened for other Chinese models like Liu - remain fresh and significant in people's minds there

Yeah, like Liya she has a face made for BEAUTY shots.. but alas. I'm glad to hear she is still doing well in her home country though
