and Tess is not supposed to "replace" Independent by the way. It's a new company with other management goals. Most of the girls who switched to Elite were signed with Elite Europe so it makes sense, some others are signing with different agencies like Morwenna who is now with Premier and some (even a few new faces) are now with Tess.

Viva has great connections for placement in NYC...where as Silent doesn't have that many because Dubois has been keeping the girls strictly with Silent (Anna Selevneva, Madisyn Ritland). To be honest, I think Viva has more potential to place a girl beyond Paris and give her a much more well-rounded career, internationally speaking.

a few pages back, there was some talk about the possibilties for a european agency to manage themselves girls in NY.

i said it might be more and more possible in the coming years, and even went as far as to say some "eastern" mother agencies can start gently to book theior girls by themselves in some major cities at least for some categories of clients.

Funny thing, i was just in silent agency one week ago, and clearly for the girls they develop from scratch, they clearly said me they are currently focusing their organisation to manage them by themselves and in Milan and in NY.
As it is still rather new way of work, it is still for sure needs many improvement, and clients in other cities NY or in Milan must get used to that way of work too, which means that for now it has still probably some limitation. But after a chat with them, i m more and more convinced this is the futur, and that the business will see very deep and big change about that in the coming years.

to get back to topic, Viva is obviously right now "bigger" than silent and with maybe more power, but, what silent has achieved in a rather short time of existence is rather good, and they did with with some really new ideasm which i think might make them progress even more soon.
