Yeah, cold_sun, you're quite right. The last girl which was taken by Women was Kristy Kaurova who was represented by Major NYC & Paris before and I'm quite sure that Samantha Gradoville's days at Major Paris are numbered, too.

Oh I'm not saying there are no models worldwide, there are plenty, but a lot of the times, newcomers (ex: Rachel Pouwer, Stefani Medeiros..) show up as WOMEN worldwide and their agencies are listed WOMEN NY, Paris, Milan, and you check Paris they are there.. Milan they are there.. and then you check NY board and they are not there.

They used to take more time to decide whether the girl should go to Women NY, Supreme or Women - Direct board... But now with all the changes hopefully this problem will be fixed

that mainly depends where they start and how they start.
Woman europe "head scouting" is the Milan office. girls found by the european scouting will usually start in Milan. In case in does not start there as expected,the can be signed women worldwide, fact is that she probably will never be sent to NY before to get some real success in europe, so NY has no reason to promote the girl yet.

Aso keep in mind that unfortunately, Milan push to sign the girls worlwide, but sometimes Women NY is not that interested by the girl...that's the big disadventadge to sign in a network. if all starts well it can great and fast, if it starts wrong u can be stuck with a world contract but to have office in NY who even dont want to hear about you...
