The reason, a few pages back, why many Next girls were going to Ford NY, was because when Ford made the switches in agents etc, Agnes, the (ex)Next agent, went to Ford and brought some girls from Next along with her. I guess the same situation as Chanel following her booker from Ford to Supreme.

I am surprised that Women is not scooping some of these models up as a defensive move, although they may have tried and lost. I wonder if Ford with their deeper pockets would have been able to keep them; admittedly I have not "analyzed" things enough to see if there are significant moves outside of a model following her booker.

Ieva Laguna: Premier - Select

i think it s because of Women who founds Select more ""friendly" to the WomenNetwork than Premier, is not that true that most of Women girls are placed with Select in London!?) And I believe her mother agency Joy STARSYSTEM (Lais Ribero, Ieva Laguna) is ok to follow Women s interest in this case? I even heard that they have given to Women the mother agency rights for Ieva Laguna! I heard that it s one of the Joy Starsystem s policy s: scout the girl, find the best agency for the girl and give to that agency the "motheragncy rights". The rights that they can also cancel (if they don t like how the new "mother agency" sattle the girls career or whatever..) and find a new agency to whom they give the motheragency rights. Strange concept for me.. But I guess Mr. John Casablancas (the ex owner of ELITE model and now the founder of Joy STarsystem) knows what he is doing. Will see.. Anyway, very curios to see how the new Casblanca s SYSTEM will develope!
