There are a few girls Antonia W, Ashleigh Good, Athena Wilson, Erjona Ala, Kremi, Kate King, mainly newcomers/rising stars but it is true most of the money girls have gone.

Yeah, a very small handful of girls with some promise, but it is essentially at square one and will have to build up its board from scratch. I don't know who their sister agencies are in Paris or Milan these days (Oui maybe?) but obviously will not have Elite Paris feeding it new girls any longer. And of course all their top bookers have left. Ford has a lot of work in front of it rebuilding and making itself relevant again.
On a side note, it closed its Toronto office recently so may be in cost-cutting mode. We could be looking at the end of Ford as a relevant high fashion agency.

who knows where ford will now get girls from, they dont have elite paris anymore, Oui seems to be working with elite new york and ford paris doesnt work with ford new york. It looks like girls are jumping as quickly as they can and who knows if the girls that are still there are waiting to go also, unless there is a change how will they stop this decline.

Oui isn't working with Ford any longer... for a few months already (even before everyone started to leave). For example they pulled Valerija Kelava from Ford to place her with Elite NY, which is now their main partner overseas.
