Models Switching Agencies

I'm really curious why Hollie May Saker is still with Trump...

I guess because pretty much all the work she gets is in Europe, and probably booked through her European agencies. Trump probably keeps her signed and 'advertises' her career because it looks good for them and their sad board.

She needs to be with DNA or someone. Not IMG. Too many top girls.

Oh, totally. She's almost always on the cover of their show packages! :D

They've got to be offering her something good to keep her around.

The Society seems more likely since she's with Elite in Paris.
IMG seems to get every celebrity kid. Hailey Baldwin signed with them too.
It wouldn't be a good idea for a normal model to sign with them right now, especially if she wants to do HF. They can manage commercial girls but not new HF faces...

^ True, but Hollie May isn't a new face and if going to IMG improved Lexi's career then maybe it'd work for her too.. but I personally wouldn't risk it. Trump also have Katie Moore now so she'll probably be the face of their agency soon enough.

Also why on earth would anyone want to be with Trump in the first place -_-

^Lexi and Hollie May aren't on the same level modeling wise. Hollie has supporters in the UK and a few in the other markets but that's pretty much it and she's more of a print girl.
As for Lexi, she has every key insider backing her (Meisel, Brokaw, Del Moro, Wang...). She's excelling in print, runway and campaigns. Switching to IMG means more money and exposure for her

And yeah I agree with you, I don't understand why someone would like to be associated to the Trump name (maybe Kendall as mister Donald T. is a family friend:lol:)

Hollie has really loyal clients and is super popular in the UK, whereas I see Katie having a good season or two then fizzling out (too restrictive a look)...Perhaps Hollie doesn't want to mess with switching NY agencies since she gets plenty of work as it is through her European agencies? And she's the top girl at Trump whereas she'd be just another girl anywhere else.

But yeah, bottom line is that Trump isn't great, and I don't really see them getting any better...

I've been totally out of the loop re NY agencies.
What's been happening with Elite NY?

They are doing EXTREMELY WELL considering they lost 2 years ago 'big at the time' girls.

Representing top girls such as Tami Williams, Cierra Skye, Grace Bol, Hye Seung Lee, Kai Newman, Juliana Herz, Lizzy Jagger, Xenia Deli

And groomed impressive New Faces/Development girls. Had 3 top new comers this past season and 1 breakout stars. Girls such as, Pooja Mor, Kris Gottschalk, Natalie Ludwig, Ava McAvoy, Cameron Traiber, Michi, Naki Depass, Paulina Frankowska, Sahara Lin and Skylar Tartz.

But did IMG really "improve" Lexi's career? I think they've maintained what she already had...

But agree about Hollie May .. she should've jumped ship when her bookers left because she was really having a moment.

I feel like they did. She bagged so many campaigns for SS16 and that's after she moved to IMG. Granted, she is a brilliant model but I do believe IMG had a part to play in this, but that's just me!

Now if IMG did help Lexi out then I hope they don't do the same for Hailey Baldwin who just moved there too.

Well, to me IMG is and remains one of the most "honest" and straightforward agencies, meaning by this that it is a bit (or a lot) "what you see is what you get" and no added promise. They excel at what they do and that's it, neither the fanciest nor the most image-driven agency around but they can make the impossible possible when there is a possiblity to make this quirky thing happen (if you still follow my wicked way...). Regardless of what my point is or will be tomorrow, they have what it takes to handle big names (or to help one to get to the next level near the top for the current matter) and they offer opportunities to their newbies too, but for the latter, I'd say better be strong cause it's no "boutique", it's an efficient factory.

Hanne Gaby IMG London > The Squad
Random..I know when she left to go to Women she would obviously leave IMG worldwide but The Squad is a random agency

It is a new agency but not ramdom.
Dominique Models from Brussels is placing most of their models with The Squad in London (Ine, Yumi, Elise... and now Hanne).
