It is her , I think someone shot it for a test, I love it though. Here is the original painting (not so much of a resemblance but she still looks like a Renaissance painting most of the time).

Oh gosh, I totally missed "as" Da Vinci's Lady with an Ermine. I was quite frighten by the really strong resemblance that makes a lot more sense But Irina does in fact look like the women painting.
