Looks like Italian Glamour, but I'm not sure.

^I think it's definitely Glamour Italia - the font of the editorial title and the angle of its positioning is very particular to the magazine

Just wanted to mention that Who's Who updated their website recently. There are a few videos of Mona backstage/behind the scenes on there, running in the background. The site is a bit hard/annoying to navigate though - just a warning. Meghan uploaded the vids onto MonaJ.net for anyone who wants to download them
