Two- my girls Liya Kebede and Zoe Saldana. In fact, apart from Beyonce, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Lopez, and Halle Berry, I think most African American/Latina style is underrated.

I don't recall seeing Liya or Zoe looking anything other than stunning. I think it's girls like Ciara and Lil Kim that ruin it for the many beautiful and very fashionable African American celebs. I would love to see a thread on this actually, there's barely any black celebs that have threads on here.

Nicole Richie and Ashely Olsen are in no way underated they are everywhere.
On covers of W,Harpers Bazar.etc Nicole was just on the cover of Italian Vogue shot by Steven Meisel.It dosent get bigger than that!!!!!!!

Rose Byrne always looks lovely. Selma Blair and Chloe Sevigny too. Although they're recognised by fashion insiders, the majority of people don't get their style. Like Chloe wore white wayfarer glasses and everyone ripped into her. Yet then the Olsens wear them, and suddenly its fashionable?!!!
