I think she looks >40 and still looks good...but I could be wrong because I'm East-Asian..I'm just guessing...

If I'm not mistaken, I think she was born sometime in 1968...so that would make her either 40 or 41. But personally, I think she looks good in that pic. Her forehead looks smooth.
