I used to be like that too! I was a serious nail biter for almost 10 years. Those polishes that taste bad if you try to bite your fingers didn't do anything to help either. I can't even really remember how I managed to stop biting (I still bite the occasional finger but nothing like it was before) but I think I started giving myself manicures and buying pretty colors and it encouraged me to start taking better care of my nails and plus, it looked so much better! Your nails WILL recover. Good luck! It can be done!
