siberia is everything east from the Ural mountains, and perm is located east of the Urals.

Siberia is in Russia, thats right. But Perm is NOT Urals. It is situated AT the foot of Urals mountains, it is not counted as Urals but 'before Urals' region - Priural'e. I know that for sure because Urals is/was my home. So many people (sadly even some Russians lol) only know Moscow and all thats further east is 'siberia' which is wrong. Perm is still Europe- then further east comes Ural(natural border between Europe and Asia)- and only then further east is Siberia Just to clarify it.

I am very proud of Natasha ! And I already got Russian Vogue with her on the cover, woohoo.
