Yes, Sweet Rus, you can Youtube this video or any clips I upload (My converted videos are easy to spot since they the filenames end in the name of the encoding codec, usually DIVX or XVID). All I ask is, if there is a comment section, just Credit me (eg 'from Medicine man at TFS').

Some people like the immediacy of Youtube, but I prefer standalone files on File Hosters because
a) it's easier to save the file if you want a permanent copy
b) Youtube downsizes the clip and uses too low a bitrate so the quality is inferior
c) Streaming video playback for me is always jerky and stop/start for me despite the fact that I have a relatively fast connexion. Basically playback is only acceptable to second run through when the entire flv/mp4 file has been downloaded into the cache. So I end up downloading the streaming video using special apps and playing it back with a standalone app like VLC or KMP.
