She's been working with Sorrenti for the her past 3 eds for VP. I hope Alt gives them the cover soon. All these appearances wearing Gucci should be a good indication of the upcoming season. I hope they give her a contract again. Multiproduct face circa 2007.

She has chance as she was already rumored. But it's way more big wearing Gucci in all these events because for Frida Natasha is like a huge celebrity. It's a big big thing that Frida wants to wear always Natasha in all these big events! In general models change designers for every events/parties etc

I've learnt not to read too much into these things, because it has been proved in the past. Natasha has wore brands before, over and over, which has not resulted in getting the campaign. But I do remember the rumored news of Poly fronting Gucci's upcoming campaign.. which could be true, and I'd die with happiness.

But why has she to be hold a grudge against Frida? Natasha wasn't dropped for Gucci. Frida and Mert & Marcus wanted something new and they used new girls. It's the same thing of Carmen Kass with Michael Kors. Frida if wants Natasha call Natasha. she had 6 mainline campaign. It's not that Natasha go to casting and she's not casted so i'm not worried. I'll repeat i find more interesting the fact that Frida wants Natasha to wear always Gucci and invite her in important events like the one in Cannes and at the Gucci Award in Venice (in both events she was the only model) and doing a campaign for 90th anniversary of Gucci with Fiat. We all know Natasha is her favourite model, it's also in the Vogue Spain interview so i don't see the problem

I believe Natasha was dropped from Gucci's mainline campaigns. Fair enough, Natasha fronted the Fiat campaign. But she hasn't appeared within a clothing campaign since S/S 2010 by Mert & Marcus. And that wasn't even the point I was making.

The point I was making, was that certain members are too quick to jump to assumptions that Natasha has gained a certain job.. from wearing a piece of clothing. She has also worn Dolce & Gabbana during Cannes, and does not have the Fall campaign under her belt.

I'd say grudge is the wrong word, but I do understand what you're saying, I would consider Natasha to be a brand ambassador and long term collaborator with Frida Giannini at Gucci, I think the assumption that Natasha is wearing a certain brand means she scored the campaign is completely ridiculous, just because I wear Gucci doesn't mean I've scored the campaign does it ? .

The casting of the campaign isn't solely Frida Giannini's doing, Mert and Marcus also have an enormous input into who they shoot.

Hey imagine how full of dreams I am, I was thinking last night that she is having a lot of eds with Sorrenti......so imagine August issue of VP the collections ed with Natasha by Sorrenti and 66pages of great fashion and with the best model in the world!!! The VP ed looks promising! I love all of her Cannes looks except for the ugly green Gucci dress but she still looks beautiful. She would even look gorgeous wearing a sack.
