hi everybody

this is really of subject but does anyone know how to make a picture smaller or something so that I can use it as avatar

I've been trying to upload all the pictures I have but they're all too large

another subject off the beaten track........I've just joined on this site and i have no idea how to put a pic in my profile..keeps telling me it's that an error has occured and that i need to make sure it's uploaded properly!!1..

You could resize them in Photoshop, or any image program that you have. It's usually under "Image" and then "Image Size" and put in 80 and 80 where it asks for pixel dimensions.

If what I'm saying is gibberish, and usually it is then I could resize it for you if you post the picture.
