Actually I have bad a felling that Natasha's last show for Chanel was FW09 and that's it :(
 
^Because last season Karl's team were angry because some models walking Dolce & Gabbana show instead Fendi, and all the girls who were at Dolce & Gabbana did not walked Fendi, Karl Lagerfeld and Chanel :(
And I hope next season's schedule don't affect the models.. specially Natasha
 
Maybe this isn't a positive attitude, but who needed Fendi, Karl Lagerfeld and Chanel? But I agree on hoping it doesn't happen again next season.
Natasha at Dolce & Gabbana will go down in history. :heart:

Yeah, didn't thought Karl would be so...
But as far as I can remember, Constance walked Dolce but appeared at karl Lagerfeld (and Chanel, but I'm not 100% sure).
Let's wait for next season :flower:
 
Well, you're right. Constance was at Dolce and then later at Karl Lagerfeld. Kasia was at Dolce and was at Chanel, so that might just be a coincidence or something. At least I hope so. :(
 
yeah, kamila filipcikova was at dolce & gabbana and she did chanel. i don't think the reason is girls walking d&g and not fendi, but anyway, hopefully she'll do the next chanel, fendi & lagerfeld shows

I actually would think that Natasha would have it harder than Kasia and Constance because even if Kasia and Constance walked one of Karl's shows and did DG, Natasha IS Dolce & Gabbana's runway star. Since Karl was furious about girls walking Dolce&Gabbana instead of Fendi, it would be Natasha in my opinion would be hit hardest since she is Dolce & Gabbana. Which I actually don't mind since I think Natasha is MUCH more of a D&G and Gucci girl than any of Karl's aesthetics. However, I think if she's going to be at the peak of the modeling industry, I feel she may need to conquer one of Karl's brands.

But who knows, she may be the first model to not need Chanel, Fendi, or KL. Look how far she's gotten without a VI cover. But I think at some point it may become a neccesity since model superstardom has followed the typical trend of nailing Chanel or Fendi.

But then again, Natasha has not been the typical top model with her not needing a VI cover and not needing a photographer (coughMeiselcough) to grab 5 campaigns simultaneously.

I don't know what I'm trying to prove here. Except that Natasha is pretty amazing.
 
I agree. I hope Karl has gotten over that incident already. I would love her to get one of those campaign (Chanel,Fendi,Karl Lagerfeld) and that VI cover soon. It is indeed pretty amazing how far she has gotten even without being Meisel's fave only until last year. Natasha has one of the most impressive campaign bookings. Her cover count is incredible. Her longevity undeniable. She just keeps going higher ever since, MDC is right. We haven't seen her reach her peak yet. As I said before possibilities are endless with Natasha. She is very versatile which is one of the things why I really really like her.

I hope to see more campaigns from her this season and get that Top Spot. :shifty:
 
I think we are taking the Dolce vs. Fendi thingy too far. lol. I'm sure it's all old news by now anyways and I read somewhere that Natasha picks and chooses the shows she wants to do so maybe Chanel was at an inconvenient hour or she didn't feel like doing it?
 
^ It's all just speculation :flower:. However, I was thinking about this just now as I was showering...I don't know why...and I came to this realization: it's a complete monstrosity at this point Vogue Italia has not given her a cover yet :angry:.
 
i know! what is it with vogue italia!!! hopefully it happens sometime this year...

and i agree, she has gotten far without being a karl favorite or a meisel favorite...
she has never done any campaign for either of them (i think) and she has still got far!!!

she is definately THE best!

and this whole fight over fendi and d&g... is bull crap! first, if she really were to have lost everything to karl... is messed up cause stefano and dominico didn't even much give her the campaign she truly deserved and karl has never even given her anything either... which sucks...
