She's one of the models with most Vogue cover's around the world... big quantity by her short career

I agree, the fold out is a big deal when you consider how non-model orientated US Vogue has become... only celebrities get to front the cover mostly. Except for Gisele's recent solo cover but thats really because she is really, really mainstream.
