I don't think it's pierced, it looks like it's hurt. I've seen some models with the same mark on their bottom lip [Aram, for instance] and it may be due to cold or... I don't know, it comes and goes. But it certainly seems to hurt. :/

i already posted a few portraits of him after the show and it is visible that the lip is cut...I do not know how to say it in english, but during wonter people with dry or sensitive lips get such cuts from the cold and since he is from a warm country i guess it happens to his lips a lot...Marlon had the same problem, i have seen it and took photos where it is visible.

It's definitely a split lip and the cold weather can indeed cause it. If you Google Ryan Taylor, his is pretty obvious
