Noreen is one of the new generation NY Models faces that OTM expects a lot from in the upcoming season. When the snaps of her new crop hit our in-box, we practically ran to upload them. We adore how “Rosemary’s Baby” Noreen is looking here, but even more importantly is her ability to get into the gamine like spirit of her new haircut. She really is a model!

no, I'm with you on this one, samantha. I loved her bob, it suited her face so well and gave her a bit more of individuality than this pixie cut.. it's become such a predictable move for models to stand out and.. I'm bored.

Beautiful haircut, although there's something wrong in her facial expression(s). Other than that she's the closest definition of Rosemary's Baby than any model out there right now!
