i know it's a step down for all of the crazyness that we usually get from Numero tokyo but too MUCH of a step down if you ask me

I'm not sure what craziness you're referring to. Numero Tokyo covers, like many Japanese magazine covers, tend to be overly simplistic (this is not a complaint on my part, just an observation). Now the cover subject might have a big hairdo and an oversized fur coat from time to time, but for the most part, the cover is still very simple and toned down with a plain background, not what I would consider crazy at all.

the hair styling is very simple & compared to the previous month, feat. Doutzen's very Japanese a la Marilyn Monroe hairdo it's a major step down

& IMO the background reminds me so much of the wall in my room. not just that it's a simple backdrop, but the color but maybe it's just me

The colour looks so clean and elegant, but also so young and fresh. I really like it, and Natalia looks beyond gorgeous on this. And I love the little Hello Kitty in the corner.

i do think that "" got way too much usage in my previous post but trust me it was completely unintentional

& yes, i do see why it would not be "plain" to you seeing that you probably view way more Japanese mag. covers than i do so

It's a beautiful image overall, though i believe. However with the simple backdrop the kitty pops just as much as NatiVodi IMO whom i want to POP more But i'm pretty sure making the Kitty stand out was what they were aiming for
