I cant believe there isnt a thread about this shoe store already, im obsessed with some of their shoes they are very on trend for a highstreet uk retailer.

apparently there are some great knockoffs at this store (ie a copy of chloe's S?S 09 buckle boots)

the prices are still "pricey" however....

I'm really surprised there hasn't been a thread until now, too. I really like their shoes as well, I've got a handful, they're good for events where I wanna look great but not risk taking a £500 pair of Louboutins to. For example I went bowling the other day, I'd never be able to give over a pair of expensive shoes to the person at the counter!

What a coincidence! I've just ordered just this pair of boots! And only after I found this thread This is the first time I order from them, hope it will be ok. Their customer service is told to be bad...

mickey kingston ankle boot although i'll probably just get the regular frank sinatra brogues. looking at the shoes all day isnt doing well for my budgeting skills.

i actually work at office, learning the names of all the shoes is abit annoying and geeky at times but hey its what we've gotta do and im not complaining about the discounts.

i've never ordered off offices website so i wouldnt know about service.

and i only ever used to shop in offices sales because the shoes i always wanted would end up discounted so i'd usually just wait

I think the problem is because I order from Russia and they asked me to confirm my cardholder address but the telephone number which they gave me is not accessible from foreigh countries! So I just can not call them! It's a strange situation because they already took money from my account. And I don't know what's up with my order

went to that store when i was in london some years ago.
bought 4 pairs of shoes - which i still wear
(and that's something very uncommon for me, as i usually get bored of my shoes very soon)
